Samsung has a couple of AMOLED handsets up for grabs - the 820SC and 821SC from Softbank in Japan. Both of these devices support the 1Seg standard and boast international roaming service. What’s most interesting is the 2. 6″ AMOLED display with QVGA resolution which ought to feature crisp, clear and bright images no matter where you are. The 820SC comes with a microSD memory card slot and a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus and Bluetooth connectivity.
