Japan Pulls HD DVD Off Shelves

Guess HD DVD is really dead and buried, with Japan was the first country to withdraw from all their discs and HD DVD movies off the shelves - in the next one week after Toshiba waved the white flag where HD DVD is concerned. The interesting thing is, as Edion shops are working on an exchange program that allows customers to turn in their HD DVD for a free or low-cost exchange Blu-ray player.
