Laser Harp built from scratch

Now here musical instrument that definitely make your day - the Laser Harp. Created by Stephen Hobley, this guy was inspired by Jean Michael Jarre stringing his very theatrical Laser Harp live 22 years ago and has finally achieved his dream of building a well. The Laser Harp can be built for less than $ 600, but will have to collect the $ 19 Laser Harp plans and source code in the first place.

"Chains" in the Laser Harp really make no sound as it is observed only triggers for that occur in a MIDI. Can anyone make a guitar laser to earn a century 21 Juliet?
