Microsoft StartKey Flash Drive

Microsoft is currently working on his new StartKey portable flash drive that will see action at the end of this year, stockpiling of essential information as a profile of a Windows user, applications and settings, making it portable wherever he / she goes. Sounds like SanDisk U3 defunct, eh? This StartKey may even go so far as to lead to an entire installation boot, which makes portable computing more than ever.

StartKey technology is not limited to USB flash drives as Microsoft wants to make it compatible with the different types of flash memory such as SD. I guess the StartKey can only work with Windows-based PCs that require certain patches installed before it can work, and posed a security problem for businesses? Thanks to Tom's Hardware image.
