ITC upholds ruling, reiterates that Nokia didn’t violate Qualcomm patents

Filed under: CellphonesWe I remember when in fact there was a glimmer of hope that the fight between these two may end - man, that was a long time ago. In any case, the International Trade Commission held a judge's decision in December stating that Nokia does not violate patents Qualcomm. As expected, the company latter expressed its deep disappointment at the decision, and is already considering another appeal process.
